Changing room's paint color

Start by opening an image of room.

Open channel window. Duplicate the black channel.

Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.

Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection.

Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.

Select background layer. From image menu select "Apply Image". Apply settings as shown.
