Creating a dalmatian text effect |

Start by typing your text.

|
Fill the layer with white color. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

|
|
|
Create a new layer. Select brush tool. Press F5 to open brush settings. Apply settings as shown.
|
|
|
|
|
Apply some random strokes of this brush in this new layer.
|
|
|
Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.
