Creating a fancy content box for a website

Create "Frame" shape using custom shape tool.

Select the inner rectangle points using direct selection tool. Press delete.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Apply same layer style.

Insert content title, image and content as shown below.
