Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select distort. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.

Similarly create another rectangle.

Create one more rectangle to complete the 3d box.

|
|
Create a rectangular stripe for the ribbon. Fill it with a different color. Apply one pixel stroke.
|
|
|
Repeat the steps to create ribbon on other sides.
|
|
|
Create bow shape using custom shape tool.
|
|
|
Similarly create another gift box with different color scheme.
|
|
|
Type company name using a nice font.
|
|
|
Apply some stroke to the company name and type punch line below.
|
