Creating an interesting background effect |

Start by apply a gradient to background in radial mode.

Duplicate the layer. From "Filter" menu select Texture>>Texturize. Apply settings as shown.

|
Change the layer mode to "Linear Burn".
|
|
|
Type random characters as shown below.

|
Change the layer mode to "Overlay".
|
|
|
Press "F5" to open brush settings. Apply settings as shown.

Create a new layer and apply the brush.
|
|
|
From "Filter" menu select Blur>>Gaussian Blur. Apply settings as shown.

|
Change the layer mode to "Soft Light ".
|
|
|
Select and merge all the layers. Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.

|
|
Select and merge all the layers. Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.

|
|
|
Type a few more characters in bigger font size. Change the layer mode to "Overlay".

|
|
Duplicate layer several times and place as shown.
