Start by creating a new file of header size. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Apply 1 pixel stroke layer style.
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create another rounded rectangle and place on the other corner as shown in the image below. Apply same layer style. Change the gradient colors in gradient overlay layer style. Create a black rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Apply 2 pixel stroke.
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Duplicate the layer several times and place below each other as shown.
Create some rectangles with different colors. Type links names as shown.
Insert a cutout of a car. place it as shown in the image. Apply some outer glow layer style.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Ctrl+Click to get the selection. Contract the selection by 1 pixels. Create a new layer. Apply Black to white gradient. Change layer mode to screen for this layer.
Create a home icon shape using custom shape tool. Place it over the button.
Similarly create more buttons. Type links and company name as shown.
