Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Similarly create more rectangles with different colors as shown in the image below. Apply same layer styles.
Select green rectangle layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Enable stroke layer style and apply stroke settings as shown.
Create a shape as shown using pen tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create some lines using line tool. Create two tiny circles using elliptical shape tool. Place them as shown in the image.
Insert two cutouts of t-shirts and place them as shown.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Create a black circle using elliptical shape tool. Select brush tool and create thread as shown. Type link name over it.
