Create another whitle color circle as shown in the figure.
Reduce its opacity to 40% and cut the part of the layer as shown in the figure.
Duplicate and place this layer as shown in the figure.
Group and merge these two layers and rotate it as shown in the figure. Change the layer mode to overlay.
Draw a small cirlce at the top of first layer. Apply same layer styles in it as we did for the first layer. The shortcut method is to copy the layer style and paste it in the layer. For that, right click on its layer name, select copy layer style. Now, right click on the layer in which we want to apply the layer style. Select paste layer style and the copied layer style will be applied to the new layer. Create three more circles and paste the same layer style in them.
