Yummy text effect

Create a new file of your choice. Type the text as shown in the figure.
Control click on its layer name to select it. Now, click on channel tab and create a new alpha channel by clicking on new channel button. Fill the slection with white color.
Go to filter>blur>gussian blur and give 5, 2.5 & 1 respectively in radious box. (First time give 5, repeat the step and give 2.5 and so on...). Your image should look like this :-
Now press control+d to deselect. Press control+L to open the levels dialog box and give these values :-

Now click on layer pellate. Hide the text layer. Go to select>load selection and select alpha1 as selection :-
Create a new layer by pressing shift+control+n together. Select #E6DEB7 as foreground and #EFD990 as foreground. The color are important here, because 'Shrikhand' is made from curd (we have used lighter color) and mixing the saffron (darker color as background) in it. Fill the selection with linear gradient tool selecting foreground to background gradient type.
Now, we will add an orange color shade in the text. For that, keep the selection active and move it around 3 pixels right.
Press shift+control+i to inverse the selection. Now press shift+alt+control and click on its layer name in layer pallate. You should have this kind of selection.
Fill the selection with #E3B754.
Add two pixel wide black color stroke in it. Open the levels dialog box and adjust the levels until you have this :-
